RESET was recently awarded the Programmers Award for Best Short Film at the prestigious Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) in Los Angeles, California, at the intimate Filmmakers Brunch today. The 24th annual Pan African Film & Arts Festival is almost over, after a February 4 through February 15 run, showcasing as many as 150 films (shorts and features). Each year, PAFF-LA recognizes films that stand apart from the rest and presents awards in 16 various categories including Best Feature Narrative, Best Director-First Feature, Best Documentary Feature and Best Short Narrative at a fun, intimate awards brunch. In addition, Audience Awards, Programmers’ Awards and Founders’ Awards are presented.
All films were screened at RAVE Cinemas, located at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, 4200 Marlton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90008. RESET will be screened one more time at February 15th at 9:35 p.m. To learn more visit paff.org.
